Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up, tests and collects every machine, working to venue and exhibition build and breakdown times. All you need is a 13 amp socket.
Is the equipment safe and insured?
Our equipment is PAT tested and covered by public liability insurance. We can send risk assessments, method statements and insurance certificates for venue and organiser paperwork.
Can a claw machine go outdoors?
Yes, as long as it's under cover (a gazebo, marquee or canopy) on a firm, level surface with a 13 amp power supply. We can advise on generators.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for busy exhibition months and Christmas. For a branded machine, allow at least two weeks for artwork, proofing and printing.
